Do you value simplicity more than features now?

I would always compare software by how many features it offered and assumed more features meant it was the better product

Now I have changed the way I look at it. Most of those extra tools end up sitting there unused while the things I care about are how easy it is to get started whether the pricing stays the same and how quickly I can get help if something comes up

That mindset has carried over to payroll. I would rather have something simple that works every time than something packed with features I will probably never touch
