Are Curry 11s good for running purposes?

I quit playing basketball a while ago and I just wanna start running, but I don’t wanna spend hundreds of dollars for running shoes. I have Curry 11s and wonder if they’re good for running? Are there any other guys who are running with these shoes and what are your thoughts about it?
