Kingdom Hearts Fan Cup Sleeve Event

Hi, so Kingdom Hearts has been getting a lot of hype in my local community recently, and I'd love to host a cup sleeve event at a cafe in my area. However, I am worried about the legality of it??? I know some companies don't mind fan merch/events/etc but I'm not sure about KH since it's SE and Disney. It would be a free event to attend, with cosplayers and maybe an artist vendor or 2. I would be advertising the event with original art based on the games. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
