Licence Cache

I play on the Xbox Series consoles and have dead by daylight installed on an external storage and whenever I try and open the game it gets stuck on the Licence Cache part of the loading screen, I have tried reinstalling the game deleting and reinstalling my chapters, moving it to internal storage, and power cycling the console and it still wont load.
