Can I remote play(?) games from my deck to Xbox?

Wanted to play L4D2 after just rerunning the original with my gf this weekend. Can’t find my copy and apparently the physical copies were made of gold, but I’m not paying $70-100 for a game that old. It’s not on Xbox store anymore but I can buy it on steam. I don’t really want to pay for dev mode and do all that to get steam on her series x, so I’m looking for more options of how to play
