Should i wait for baro kiteer to leave to buy his stuff

I bought the ticket and i was going to buy ducats for some stuff and plat for other stuff i do have enough plat to buy everything i want but that isn't ethical so im choosing the former. I made an spreadsheet and it discouraged me from farming the ducats, and trade chat is going bonkers over ducats. how long do you guys think id have to wait before the wfm prices return to normal?
