PE or Business reward flight?

Sorry if this is a common question but wanted to check for my specific case - I am quite new to avios redemptions so wanted to make sure I was getting good value with people who know better than I do, and those with experience of the classes.

I am going to Tokyo in August and have booked a business reward flight (a350) for 82000 avios + £640. It’s an 09:30-07:00 flight. (This has used all my avios)

Alternatively there’s space in PE for 26500 points + £550. Am I better changing to this to save avios for future flights or is my current option a decent deal?

There’s even economy for 11,600 + £340 but assume that this is worse value and given it’s a long flight the upgrade is worth it for the comfort with an early arrival.
