Is anyone' else getting tired of feeling like you're creating content for the algorithm instead of people?

Lately I've been enjoying content creation less and less. Instead of thinking, " Would people enjoy this ?" I'm thinking "Will the algorithm like this ?" Every idea turns into questions about hooks, watch time, retention, posting times, hashtags... And somewhere along the way it stopped being fun.

I know growth takes time, but constantly feeling like you're trying to please an algorithm instead of real people is exhausting. Does anyone else feels this way?
