I think I accidentally ingested some bac water and I need someone to tell me I'm not dying

was being careless during reconstitution and some splashed. pretty sure a small amount got in my mouth. I know bac water has benzyl alcohol in it and I immediately went into a spiral googling everything. the amount was tiny but my brain is not being rational about this right now need reassurance that ill be fine
