What is the maximum temperature for effective application of Demand CS outdoors? How hot can it be?

It's summer here and quite hot and humid, so I'm wondering if it's too hot to apply Demand CS outdoors, around my house. How hot is too hot for it to be effective? This is around the time of the year that a few German roaches start to crawl over into our house from the building next door and I'd like to prevent that. I can't seem to find this information anywhere. Thank you in advance.
