Trying to ID vintage tailor shears with "Torre", electric transmission tower and KA stamped

General Question

Hi all,

I'm trying to track down the manufacturer and approximate era of these heavy-duty, two-piece inlaid tailor shears.

The stamps are:

  1. The name "Torre" written in a script font

  2. Engraved electrical transmission pylon/power tower

  3. The initials "K.A." split on either side of the tower

The shears have a bent handle, and finger spur. They are 12 1/4" long. I've tried to research but wasn't able to find any manufacturers stamps matching that.

Does anyone recognize this? Any leads are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
