How safe is definitive admissions

I was granted definitive admissions to bachelor of cs and ai Segovia because of my high IB predicted grade, because of this I got too comfortable and dropped my grade alot in my IB exams because I thought I only needed to pass. While I still passed with a grade above 30 they havn’t sent me my enrollment email yet, and they have asked my school about information regarding my grades. While I believe I have a solid execuse of extreme events in my life, i am getting a bit worried as it has been a week of radio silence. Can they revoke definitive admission despite passing like they required? The reservation fee is paid.
