ExamTopics is legit, but here's a better and cheaper alternative
Let me start by giving credit where it's due: ExamTopics is a solid resource. I've used it myself for multiple certs, and the question banks are genuinely close to what shows up on exam day. If it worked for you, that's great.
But two things kept bothering me.
First, the pricing. Contributor Access now runs about $80 for a single exam for 30 days. If you're doing two or three certs a year (which is most people in cloud), that adds up fast.
Second, and this is the one that actually costs people exams: the "suggested answers" are wrong often enough that the community has a standing rule of "trust the comments, not the answer." So you end up reading through pages of discussion for every single question, trying to figure out whether the top-voted comment from 2 years ago is still right. That's not studying, that's archaeology.
So I built FalconCert to fix both:
- Every question has an documentation grounded AI-written explanation that walks through why the right answer is right and why each wrong option is wrong. No digging through comment threads.
- 60 questions per exam are free with a free account, no card required. That's enough to judge the quality yourself before paying anything.
- $30/month, cancel anytime. Each month unlocks one full exam bank, and everything you've unlocked stays open while you're subscribed.
We cover AWS, Azure, CompTIA and more, and banks are kept up to date against the current exam versions.
To make trying it even easier, here's a launch code for this community: FALCON50 gets you 50% off your first month at checkout.
