Every AI video demo looks insane. Nobody talks about what happens between the demo and the final cut.
Every new model drops with a demo that looks insane. Sora, Veo, Kling, whatever. the clips are genuinely solid on their own.
But getting from a generated clip to something you can actually ship? thats where it falls apart. Character consistency across shots. Keeping your product looking the same. Stitching clips into a sequence with actual rhythm. Burning credits on failed gens before you get one usable take.
The demo is one prompt. The deliverable is a whole workflow. I've been testing Framia's Creative Agent for breaking ideas into steps upfront (script, storyboard, references) but the broader point stands regardless of tool. Generation isn't the bottleneck anymore. Assembly is.
