we're hiring hygienists across almost every market — happy to answer questions here

hey r/tend, it's us. we've got open hygiene roles across nyc, dmv, boston, atlanta, nashville, and ct right now and figured reddit is a better place to actually talk than a job posting ever will be.

a few things people usually want to know upfront: we run team hygiene in most studios, which means one hygienist covers two chairs with an assistant supporting you. some people love the pace, some don't, and we'd rather you know that going in than find out on day one. pay is tied to production (adp), and our target range for hygiene is $1,300–$1,600+ a day depending on the studio.

drop questions below, we'll answer as many as we can. not going to pretend this is the place for every hygienist, but if you've been curious about dso life and want real answers instead of a recruiter script, this is that.
