Smoking cessation
So I was recently prescribed bupropion for smoking cessation by a pulmonologist. I stopped cigarettes close to a decade ago but I’ve still been vaping. Thr first month, I still would have the urge to vape but if I hit my vape it was kinda disgusting. I finally got the ritual / idle hand urge kicked. And now that I’m a month and a week in, out of nowhere I am like DYING for nicoteen. Like I can’t stop thinking about it. I’m not going to go back to it, but is this normal? Has this happen d to anyone else? Is this just another one of those adjustment periods with it? I’m on 150mg a day. I don’t think I want to increase dosage.
It’s also had an interesting effect mental health wise. I think it’s good. I’m weirdly feeling things I suppressed for a long time.
