How many dates until we’re official?

I (21F) met this guy on hinge and have known him for just a little over a month now. Our dates haven’t been too long, the longest one we’ve had was about 3.5 hours. We’ve had five dates so far

I’ve never been in a relationship, so I don’t know how this really works. We’re going slow, but how many dates until we’re using labels? I keep seeing anywhere from 5-10 dates, but even that doesn’t seem like enough time. I still feel a bit awkward around him, I don’t know him emotionally yet to feel comfortable being “lovey dovey”.
