Damaged Vinyl

Did anyone else order a pin set with their Danger Days vinyl only to have them packaged tightly together so the pin backs caused damage to the vinyl?😭 I literally wouldn't have ordered the pins if I thought for a second that this could have heppened..

Last time I ordered from the website my shirt came with a hole in it and all they said was I could return it for a refund and couldn't offer an exchange so I have very low hopes of getting an exchange or anything where I wouldn't have to pay for shipping again 🙃
