Incredibly painful periods

Hi all! So I’ve been having incredibly bad periods for quite some time now. I have tried birth control. Didn’t do much physically and made me emotionally worse. I have gotten an ultrasound. Nothing showed up there.

However, I write this at 3 am (forgive typos) because I can’t sleep because of unbearable periods. I am vomiting, my vision has gone blurry, the cramps are so bad. I’ve taken medicine (ibuprofen) (note that I’ve been slightly addicted to painkillers so I’m iffy on those). It hasn’t done much to help at all.

So I’m kind of at a loss.
