Question regarding AYY apartment offer (Servin Maijan tie 12 B 21)

I have been offered a two-room apartment at Servin Maijan tie 12 B 21 starting September 1, 2026. Since I applied as a single applicant, could someone clarify if I am responsible for the rent of the entire apartment if a second tenant is not assigned? Additionally, is there a way to verify if there is currently a tenant living in the other room? Any advice or information on how this works would be greatly appreciated.
