Airbnb in beirut

I'm planning to come to Beirut for a few days and I'm thinking of renting an Airbnb apartment. Has anyone tried it?

Are the rentals generally good, and do the hosts usually respect the terms and descriptions on the app?

Also, do you have any recommendations for a specific Airbnb or guesthouse listed on the app?
