Spotify Ads

So last week I noticed that all of the gamescast episodes on spotify went to "fewer ads". I assumed maybe it's a special week. Well the ones this week are also skipping the ad break. I do not sub on Spotify so is this a special for the whole month and I missed an announcement somewhere?
