HELP! Prolapse on my 2 yo Gecko

I noticed last night that my leopard gecko had a prolapse after I had to leave for a trip. She seems really thin too. I was able to give her a sugar water bath and put her in a clean enclosure with damp paper towels, and applied some KY lubricant to it last night and when I woke up this morning. I am based in St. College PA and haven’t been able to find a place to get her seen. I’d be willing to even surrender the animal if that gave her a good shot at living. Anyone know a place I could go?
