Chet: GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD EVENING ODYSSEY FANS. MY NAME'S CHET ECHELON, JOINED BY ODYSSEY LEGEND GRATH "CROSSBONES" MCWRATH. WE WELCOME YOU BACK TO THE THURSDAY NIGHT FIGHTS! THIS ROUND ROBIN SOLO SEASON IS HEATING UP AS WE COME BACK TO THE QUARTERFINALS MATCHES TONIGHT.

Crossbones: For those unfamiliar or just joining us for the first time tonight. This TNF season is round robin, meaning that all the members of the league fight on randomly picked teams instead of their official teams to see who the best of the best are in their respective fields. Honestly Chet, being a former Odyssey League champion, I loved the round-robin format since it lets individuals show off their talents and forces you to work with people you might be rivals with.

Chet: Too true, Crossbones. Seasons like this are perfect since your individual performance determines your league ranking. Instead of relying on the team you have synergy with; it's all down to you leaving it all in the lanes. The area grid is charging up; let's see who has the pleasure of being our first contenders tonight!

24 minutes later

The locker room beneath the arena was quiet as most eyes were glued to the screens all around the room. The current match was coming to an end. The Red team was grouped up and pushing the long lane hard. Three Blue team members were currently down, waiting on the teleport back into the match, with the remaining two currently in a full retreat. Kinkade was twirling his theater mask in his hands before stopping and rubbing his thumb on a smudge of crying half of his laughing/crying theater mask. The sounds of armored boots getting closer lead him to slipping his mask on his face before rolling his head around as the mask booted the small HUD built in. "Oi, Thespis," called out a slender figure clad in light armor with a sword and shield on her back. She carried a hoplite helm under her arm as she approached. "You're pretty high in the Jungler rankings; are you thinking you can make it to the top?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. "The rest of our team is doing okay, but you're our best chance for additional funding," she said, looking over to the screen displaying the current top ten for each position.

Kinkade tightened the laces on his boots before adjusting the throwing knives on his chest before attaching Xiphos sword to the small of his back before standing. "I plan on going all the way to the top. I wasn't selected last week, so that means this week I'm absolutely getting picked. You know how the system works." He said, pulling his hood up and adjusting it a bit before giving the Siren their typical forearm bump handshake. The sound of the airhorns signaling the end of the match sounded, causing them both to turn to the updated rankings. Kinkade chewed his bottom lip as he watched his rival go from 7th to 4th. "Got it, no playing around." He said before turning around to watch the screen as the matchmaking computer started its randomized selection of who would be competing in the next match.

Hey there! Good morning / evening or whenever this post finds you! I am looking to do a long-term, hopefully RP-based, around the MOBA genre. The general idea is we play two people competing in the Odyssey. Our version of the popular MOBA genre. I would play what would be a traditional jungler. The rivals-to-lovers trope could be fun but isn't required. All characters and writers must be 21+ since I just feel more comfortable writing with people closer to my age. I love worldbuilding and would love to hash out all the details in the DMs.

I'd love to get your idea for your character and your kinks and limits in your first message.
