Can an unpublished Wattpad story still be accessed offline, and can it be removed?

I published a novel on Wattpad a few years ago, but about two years later I decided to unpublish it because I no longer wanted anyone to read it. Recently, I found out that someone still has the story saved in their library on an old phone. The phone is never connected to the internet anymore, and despite the story being removed from Wattpad, she can still open and read it.

I politely asked her to delete it because I'm uncomfortable with anyone reading that novel anymore, but she refused.

Is there any way for an unpublished/deleted Wattpad story to be removed from someone else's library if they have an offline copy on a phone that doesn't connect to the internet? Or is there nothing I can do at this point?
