Zoloft uppage

Recently went from 25mg to 37.5 mg and I feel terrible. I’ve been experiencing the worst dissociation I’ve ever felt and I can’t seem to get out of bed.
It’s only been 2 days since the new dose.
I’m really scared. Is it okay if I back out in a week and go back to 25mg? I felt good enough to keep going on it even though it hadn’t significantly affected my depression/anxiety/ocd.
But it definitely helped.
