Double Dragon hero ideas

Hey guys, keen to see some double dragon builds for hero. I like the roj hero on pvx but the scatter is triggering as a melee user. so, i'm hoping to sub it out for a DD dude but, can't seem to come up with anything close to the roj hero in terms of damage.
