39F healing a burn (4 days)

This was a burn from the oven and the blister popped so I carefully removed the skin. I tried covering it with tegaderm for two days but it kept coming off. I left it uncovered for one day but it starting drying out and hurting really bad so I bought hydrocolloid bandages. This is after one day of using them.

Do I need to be doing anything else? It was super red last night all around the burn but the redness has calmed down. There seems to be dead skin in the middle.
