Zion HealthShare - Midwife Maternity Care

I'm looking to hear about experiences you've had with Zion HealthShare maternity care, specifically if you chose a Midwife for care. The sharing limit for Midwife care says it is $7,000, but not all services may be eligible for sharing. I'm concerned about costs exceeding the $7k, and what all they consider shareable. Also, how much did you have to cover after the $7k max? Any responses are greatly appreciated!
