My girlfriend using an AI bot

TL;DR: My girlfriend used an ai chat bot and tried to harm herself

2 days ago i went on my girlfriends phone and checked her hidden apps because i had suspicions when she was acting weird, i’ve always been able to sense when something is wrong, on june 3rd we broke up and got back together 10 days later but as i said 2 days ago i open up her phone on the hidden section and see an ai app called “janitor” i know what that app is so i open it to see at least 5 chats, 4 of the same character and one of a different one that was still open, i quickly delete the app of her phone and set up a shortcut to open and say “what the hell?!, i caught you” when she clicks on it, later in the day i ask her why and she doesn’t answer, i say i forgive her and then she rushes towards her drawer at her desk and pulls out a blade you use to trim eyebrows. I run over and stop her obviously. Then she gives me a small bag with a blade wrapped in fresh gauze, i take it and move on with my day, will someone tell me something i need to know if something is wrong with this, we are still together
