Recurrent BV post ureaplasma

I (28F) have tested positive for BV five times since September of 2025. in July I met my bf and we both got STD tested and decided to have unprotected sex. in September I was in a lot of pelvic pain which I have never experienced before despite leading an active sex life. I was diagnosed with ureaplasma. we each did doxy for 7 days and I have tested negative for myccoplasam and ureaplasma five times since then - most recently in June. however , I keep getting BV. I usually can clear it for a month or so but this last time I took the metro and I tested positive again two weeks later. My bf was treated this time with metro and clyndamicin cream. I have no symptoms , beyond some subtle discharge occasionally that is clear and odorless. this has ruined my relationship and I am anxious constantly about fertility and overall vaginal health. I have tried a lot of the things recommend in this thread. my gyno persecuted me solosec today but it costs $350 for a single dose which I can’t currently afford. I have spent thousands on tests, suppositories, antibiotics , probiotics , supplements etc. should I stop all treatment and see if it clears on its own ? as I am mostly asymptotic. is there any hope ? i am feeling so hopeless and helpless , crippled by the anxiety that I will never clear it.
