Bras for Chemo port havers?

I just got a chemo port. I was instructed to try to wear a bra as much as possible to help with tug on the skin. Any of my other big chested ladies have dealt with this and have suggestions on what kind of bra? I'm thinking maybe something super comfortable that I can wear during sleep but not so big that it kind of defeats the purpose?
