North Sardinia food recommendations

My boyfriend and I are travelling to Sardinia in a few weeks and will be staying around Olbia/San Pantaleo and then down to Orosei. Any must-visit food spots? We'll have a car so plan to visit different areas near to where we're staying, so any recommendations would be great. Thanks!
