I'm a 17-year-old male, and I strongly suspect I have ADHD based on my symptoms (difficulty focusing, procrastination, zoning out, racing thoughts, etc.). I'm planning to see a psychiatrist, but I wanted to understand what is commonly prescribed for beginners.

For those who have experience with ADHD treatment in India:

• Is Inspiral SR 10 mg usually the starting dose, or is 20 mg more common?
• How does Addwize OD compare with Inspiral SR for someone just starting medication?
• Which one generally has fewer side effects or a smoother experience?
• If you started on either of these, what was your experience?

I know everyone responds differently, and I'm not looking for medical advice or planning to self-medicate. I'm just trying to understand what doctors typically prescribe and what other people's experiences have been.
