O1 Omni Anyone else missing the €50 deposit deduction and 20% ink coupons at checkout?

Hi everyone,
I’m about to complete the purchase of my xTool O1 Omni Printer (Dual UV) using the exclusive final payment link I received by email.
However, I’ve noticed that two preorder benefits seem to be missing:
My €50 preorder deposit is not deducted from the final payment.
I also can’t find the three 20% ink coupons mentioned in the email.
The BatchFlow Jig and the 3,000 Atomm Credits are correctly included, so my preorder is recognized, but the deposit and ink coupons are missing.
I’ve already opened a support ticket, but unfortunately I haven’t received any reply yet.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
If you’ve already completed your order:
Was the €50 deducted automatically?
Did the 20% ink coupons appear before checkout, after the purchase, or somewhere else in your account?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has already completed their O1 order.
