My Experience With Wooden Hangers
I used to think wooden hangers were one of those fancy things people buy just because they look nice. I had a closet full of random plastic and wire hangers and never really cared. Then I picked up a small pack of wooden ones for my jackets and button up shirts.
Honestly, I get the hype now. My heavier clothes don't end up stretched weird anymore, and the hangers actually keep their shape instead of bending. My closet also looks way cleaner, which was a nice bonus I wasn't expecting.
They're definitely bulkier than the thin velvet hangers, so I wouldn't switch my whole closet to them. But for coats, hoodies, and nicer shirts, they've been great. I even noticed I take better care of those clothes now because they don't just get tossed around.
Kinda funny that changing hangers made me feel more organized. It's not some life changing upgrade, but every time I open the closet it feels less messy, and that's honestly worth it.
