[TOMT] Short clip edit effects

I want to edit a clip from a gaming session, but I can not think of how to describe the effect or what to search to find it. I think it’s most popular in silly Call of Duty multiplayer edits. But the best way I can describe it, is the audio consists of stings while the video has been freeze framed and zooms in to a subject gradually on each sting, typically when an enemy is spotted or seen on a turned corner. Can anyone either link a video using the effect I’m talking about or point me in the right direction??
