Introducing another stupid brainfart of an idea - superheavy armor

Helldivers, seeing the effectiveness of Devastator shields, annoyed the High Command with it long enough that Super Earth scientists used the tyrannical alloy for democratic purposes, and made an entire armour out of it. It is exceedingly heavy to wear, the user is basically stationary and even walking drains their stamina, so they have to rest often. The upside is, though, that the user is basically impervious to small arms fire (except the gaps between the shards of armour (it's really just pieces of the shields joined together by super duct tape).
