AITAH for taking a shower with my fiancé on a Bach trip?

My fiancé and I went on another couples joint bachelor and bachelorette trip. There were multiple other couples there and some single people as well if that’s relevant. We stayed in an air bnb nearby with another friend since the main house everyone was in was full. But the main house had a pool so that’s where most of the hanging out was.
Instead of going back to our air bnb covered in chlorine I used the shower in their air bnb (not in anyone’s room it was just a hallway shower on the main floor). I did not ask for permission thinking it wouldn’t be an issue which may be my bad. I did this multiple times and one time I believe my fiancé also came in to use the bathroom and/or shower with me which is what we normally do to save time. Apparently someone thought we were hooking up in the bathroom (we were not, we did not hook up at all that weekend). Because of this the bride uninvited us to the wedding and has intentionally left us out of other plans aka seemingly ending the friendship over this. The only reason I even know this was the issue is through a mutual friend as she never confronted us directly about this. I do intend to apologize as we really did not want to cause any issues. But am I the asshole for showering with my fiancé?
