My friend/acquaintance borrowed money

I(21F) lent a friend(30f) money for her rent as at the time she had been assaulted and stolen from. The total was $850 which was part of my savings for a new passport and for a new laptop. At the time my passport wasn't a big issue and she had said she'd pay me back by the next week on Thursday. Over a month has passed and every time I bring it up she either ignores my messages or says she can't pay it back just yet. My parents are on my case in regards to my passport as we might need to fly overseas soon and my current one is expired, which I've explained to her. My last message to her was on the 14th and I said I currently only really need $150 asap and she can pay the rest back in sections and she didn't respond. How should I go about this from here?
