First time to Tokyo, wife and I both in 40’s and 13 year old daughter.

Just planning a trip, decided on Tokyo. Probably going in March of 27’. Just seeing if any recommendations for areas or even specific hotels. Hoping for budget around $300 - $400 a night (or less). Just looking to sightsee and do typical family things, thanks! Side note have never left North America so this is big jump.
