Small note: This is not a ragebait or karma farming post, I just want answers to my questions and I am dead serious. I think this is going to be a big post. Unlike the previous post which is fully defending my point this will have some point that will probably offend. If you want to downvote this post idc but give me reason for that.

First i thank and appreciate people who didn't abuse me and made the discussion healthy by sharing your pov in the \[Previous post\](https://www.reddit.com/r/tamilyapping/s/YDW7Db75Dn)

I have seen multiple comments in various posts with meaning similar to this "en indha sub la gender war nadakkudhu". If those comments are about this and my previous posts, sorry and my intention is not that. I will tell you about that in this post with a point named "A" in last.

So coming to the main point According to data 32% face violence by a partner or non partner in the world, 31% in South asia \[WHO report\](https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/violence-against-women) and 30% in India \[Wikipedia \](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Violence\_against\_women\_in\_India) this includes all the crimes that are done to women

Namma data va kooda edukka vendaam and let's assume more than 50%, since many cases are not filed due to family, society and other pressures

Even if this is the case "Yes all men" nu solradhukku badhila "Yes all creeps", "Yes few men", or at least "Yes most men" nu sollalame?? Idhula enna irukku?

You might ask why I am opposing the statement? Because "Yes all men" is already wrong since it defaultly portrays men as criminal

I get it that women get a lot of trouble from men but It is different to feel threatened and actually cautious than just hating people and spreading hate

\# \*Precaution is very good and I am not opposing this at all.\*

like I myself don't believe in anyone (excluding people i know) and constantly see them as a threat but i won't say "yes all men"/"yes all women"/"yes all of you" in public or anywhere.

So why is this hypocrisy? Is hating men considered cool or sum??

Also do you understand that this includes me, you (if you are M), your friends/family/cousins, brother.., all feminist activists, freedom fighters, your fav celebrity and ALL men.

By excluding sangam age or any golden period your place has, our time is the least oppressed generation. If your point is men oppressed women in the first place, then men wouldve done in more longer but that's not the case since every generation is step by step helping the society to bring equality

But still idk why people hate the men of this generation who are least oppressive minded of all

Also this particular sentence “throw an insult and the owner will pick that up” is used to defend this point. For those who are doing this, can you go inside a police station and shout "everyone here is \\\*\\\*\\\*\\\*\\\*\\\*\\\*\\\* (any bad word)" and do you expect the police not to take any action?

Someone said "victim oda paarvai la irundhu paaru bro", so if i am a victim of one gender can i hate other gender with no backlash just because of few??

Now I have some questions about the generalising part this might offended some

1. Okay there are few cases happening against men like ketan and subash murder, so can I call all women "murderers who have no guts to speak up to their parents"?

2. Few women tend to abuse law by asking alimony (not the one who genuinely needs it, but the previlaged one who are just greedy) or putting fake rape cases, so can I call all women gold diggers or i don't even know what to call the 2nd category (if you have a name suggest it)?

3. Divorce rate of lesbian is higher than gay marriages \[Wikipedia \](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divorce\_of\_same-sex\_couples) so can I conclude women are the reason for divorces?

4. Not related to this convo but do you really call your muslim friends as terrorists just because it happens to be religion with high terrorism rate? \[I think it is a Valid source \](https://www.visionofhumanity.org/maps/global-terrorism-index/#/)

Most probably the answer to all the above questions will be \*\*NO\*\* right?? Because people don't want to attach themselves to bad group. Idha yen sonna Puriyala nu enakku teriyala. This is like putting some innocent guy in a cage full of rapist and calling him also one. Genuinely one of the worst feeling.

For men who support this and call all men are bad, there is no difference between you and sepoys who say "as a Indian i hate my country/people for xyz".

\*\*A.\*\* I genuinely want harmony between people and i don't want to live in a society filled with constant fear, mysogny and misandry

When mysogny happens everyone is calling out, but no one is there when misandry is happening. I also believe misandry creates mysogny with a never ending cycle.

These extremists are the people who destroy the core idea of feminism which is equality for all

In my previous post some suggested "why caring for all of these?" "These are just for engagement" yes I know it and believe it is wrong that's why I am calling out

Atp this has become more of a rant than opinion and i feel bad for myself.
