Need insights about the company, work culture and management

Coversure: SDE2

Recently received an offer:

Fixed: 20L

Variable: 1L

CTC: 21L

Current comp:

CTC: 17L (fixed)

While I do understand that I am being lowballed here, the only reason I'm even considering this opportunity is due to the growth aspect. Apparently there is a huge potential for growth, startup in AI insurance space.

But what I really want to know is how is the management, the wlb, and first hand experience of anyone working there or has friends/family there.

Clearwater Analytics: SDE3 role

I have interview lined up for the coming week, and want to pursue this company but the higher role would mean higher expectation. And recruiter has explicitly mentioned that they are looking for a strong coder, so now even an SDE3 is expected to write code ?

Also how is the wlb here, management etc

Now the clear comparison :

1. Salary : Clearwater > Coversure

2. Perks: Clearwater (free cab, free meals, 1 day wfh)

Coversure (none)

3. Growth: I think with higher role at Clearwater, would come with alot of learning too but then again expectations would also be higher.

Coversure will offer good learning opportunity but fast delivery and high expectations here as well.

Travelling would consume 3 hours a day minimum for both, but free cab facility from Clearwater would be a huge relief.

Not sure how to proceed here.
