Do American degrees "count" in Israel?

I was born in Israel; however, I've studied abroad and achieved a B.A. in Psychology at a reputable university. Will my degree translate if I want to pursue a Master's Degree at Tel Aviv University, or, more generally, when it comes to work in the private/public sector?
