Cycle Weird bug with Cycle, Cycle doesn't Cycle but Cycles in New project Cycles

No idea how to fix it or what happening, I found a similar thread here

exact same problem.
All my other project it works, but for some reason this project decided to halfwaythrough just stop cycling... Any idea how to fix?

It just stops at end of loop lol
