Quick question for OW team

Building OW as my 2nd team I was wondering should I push Asmo (R1 currently)to Diamond before getting Spimo (just 5 star) to R1 while using Chiron Diamond as a placeholder. Or is it more useful to have both Asmo and Spimo at R1. Trying to make that push before half anni event is over. Have to skip Morgana sadly. Thanks if advance!
