Is this a good deal?

2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Regular Cab SLT pickup 2D 6 1/3 ft, with 160k miles. The only thing that supposedly doesn’t work is the AC and needs front tires. Do you think this is a good deal? The body looks good from the pictures I can see (I’m supposed to check it out tomorrow). Is this year known for any problems or anything I should look for when I check it out? Thank you in advance!
