New M1

I have had this for about 3 days now. Cat visits showed up for the first day but now it’s saying no visits. I have a camera on it so I can see when my cat has been in there. I updated the firmware which I think may be the problem. I power cycled and and tried reconnecting it to the app. It’s close to my modem too. Has anyone fixed a similar problem?
