Want to do a Permafrost build, WH or Gemling?

As the title say, i wanna do a Permafrost build and stick to it until the end of times lol but i really don't know what Asc should i make

And do permafrost/frag scales well in endgame? Like, 200% Deli and such. Thank you all!

(A guide would be nice too, i know WH we have pohx but idk about any gemling's)
