ACEVO crashing PC

hello everyone, I've posted 2 days ago about a crash issue and the game not launching after (https://www.reddit.com/r/assettocorsaevo/s/QF6M2FiMvW)

Gladly someone posted a solution to make the game start again, BUT it has a huge problem with it.
problem: game crashing mid game, while driving. Pc throwing error message "pc ran into a problem, restart required" - restarting, Game won't launch no more.

solution: going to C:\Users\users\Saved Games\ACE and delete ACE folder.

with deleting the ACE folder, you delete basically every setting, binding, profile etc. so I thought I save the old files.. nope game wont start with anything from the old ACE folder.
tried file by file, won't start as long as I have any old ACE file in there.

I had that crash now 3x, wich is pissin me off bc I have to set EVERYTHING new again, only saved setups are working.

My pc should handle the game as I run 32Gb DDR4, 4070, Ryzen7 5800X3D, I've created a ticket at 505games website.

Does anyone know what could cause this issue, how to avoid it? I'm beyond annoyed becaus I just wanna race :(
